DTG or Direct to Garment printing is the modern clothing print process of printing water based fabric ink directly on to the garment using CMYK colours. The look of the print is very similar to Screen Printing but has a much softer feel. Unlike Screen Printing, the colours are not applied individually but are applied at the same time and are mixed to produce any colour or gradient.

This results in a fantastically high quality print and maximum detail, even on full colour complex designs and black garments. Not only can DTG printing reproduce higher quality images in more detail than Screen printing,  the set up costs are also lower which means that it is cost effective for single garments to be produced with photographic quality colour images.

With DTG printing it is also possible to have different print locations on garments such as printing off the bottom, on the side or across the neck. We charge a small fee for printing in unconventional locations.

Vinyl Printing.

Vinyl printing is the process of cutting the design out of a roll of media and heat applying it to the garment. The media comes in a wide variety of colours, textures and effects. The effects include Metalics, Reflective, Glitter,Flock etc. The media can be applied to most fabrics.

The resulting decoration results in a very high quality, long lasting opaque print which can be washed up to 60 degrees.
